Bakery Production Leads

Nashville Bun Company has great career opportunities for experienced bakers! We currently have two new opportunities for bakery leads for our Nashville-based bakery operation. Candidates must have 5-10 years of bakery manufacturing experience, knowledge of baker’s math, dough formulation, ingredient function, bakery terminology, bakery equipment, process controls, and production scheduling. Bun and muffin experience a plus. Basic computer skills including spreadsheet and word processing programs, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and the ability to process large volumes of repetitive work to meet established deadlines is required. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work any shift.
