Glen is a veteran McDonald’s baker with over 30 years of baking experience. Most recently he was GM of East Balt Bakery in Chicago, where he reached target goals on McDonald’s products. Glen also ran a McDonald's bakery in France for over three years and has a bachelor’s degree he earned in Canada, his native country.
