Doug has more than 30 years of quality leadership experience with Alcoa and in consulting. He has worked in areas such as World Class Manufacturing, Baldrige, ISO, TQM, QS, KAIZEN, Six Sigma, SPC and advanced statistical analysis, and he is a Six Sigma Black Belt. Doug works closely with our customers to focus on food safety, product and process control and all aspects of our quality systems.

Doug lives with his wife Penny in Franklin and enjoys golf.
