Alan Edington
Director of Operations

Alan Edington has 20 years experience in food manufacturing. He has experience with cheese, deli salads, icings and glazes, USDA salads and meats, and snacks. During his manufacturing career, Alan has worked with Kraft Foods, Kroger, and O’Charley’s.

Alan started at The Bun Companies more than 25 years farming experience on a grain and livestock farm in Illinois. While farming, Alan was involved in 4-H and FFA. Alan started at Bun Company in 2007 as General Manager.

He has a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University and a MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. Additionally, Alan has taught Organizational Behavior at Purdue University.
